Inside Sales Rep, Inbound Sales Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for closing inbound sales inquires with the goal of ensuring client satisfaction and value for new clients. The Inside Sales Representative profiles prospective clients (prospects) and delivers phone presentations customized for each prospect, and assists the client through an online signup form. The successful Inside Sales Representative works well in a team environment and is able to attain both team and individual goals. Key Responsibilities: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. Consistently meet or exceed non-quota based performance metrics as defined by the company. Effectively identify prospect's needs. Apply Yahoo! services via phone presentations to the prospect's needs. Effectively communicate to prospective clients, as part of inbound/outbound sales activity, the benefits of the Yahoo! Small Business product offerings. Maintain a level of customer service that is acceptable by the company. Record comprehensive records in a Yahoo! provided CRM system. Attend all required training sessions provided by Yahoo and its contractors.
Skills/Qualifications: 1+ years inbound or outbound telephone sales experience. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven sales skills with a successful record of attaining or exceeding quotas. Ability to positively adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment. Ability to work towards common goals in a group sales environment. Demonstrated high level of dependability. Strong understanding of the Internet and World Wide Web. Basic expertise with MS Windows, Excel, and Outlook. Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.
