SALES REPRESENTATIVE | GOLDEN GIRLS

Golden Girls LLC is seeking qualified candidates to fill several Sales Representative positions. Qualified candidates will join a growing international team of passionate, entrepreneurial professionals leveraging their sales and networking talents to build profitable relationships. Prospective Sales Representatives will develop new prospects and manage the sales process with the support of a cross-functional corporate support team. Sales Representatives report directly to an Area Manager who will train, manage and provide incentive-based leadership to ensure that objectives are exceeded each quarter. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of sales experience with proven success of territory growth. The candidate should possess a general understanding of traditional sales practices; be entrepreneurial and a self-starter; and maintain a good degree of sales creativity. Golden Girls Sales Representatives maintain their own schedule and can work from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Sales and Business Development

• Develop new and prospective clients
• Plan and manage personal business portfolio/​territory according to agreed market strategy
• Work in partnership with other Sales Representatives and under the management of a dedicated Area Manager to plan territory objectives and execute strategic plans
• Leverage sales and promotional campaigns and events to drive new opportunities with prospects

• Respond and follow up with sales inquiries and leads using appropriate methods
• Ensure the highest quality client experience

• Update and maintain all relevant information about customers and sales activities
• Attend meetings with sales team members
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills

· Direct sales experience

· A mature, confident professional who motivates others

· Self starter, energetic and motivated

· Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person

· Involved in local community and well-networked

· Civic and philanthropic involvement

· Fundraising skills

· Attention to detail and follow-up with team necessary

· Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Requirements:

· 2+ years experience in commission sales (financial services, insurance, real estate, advertising, etc.); sales force recruiting; and/or general sales and management to consumers.
