Your tasks
Description: Provide support services in the area of Telecommunications (senior level) within a fast paced IT/Call Centre environment.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day operations related to Telco, Voice and Call center applications and hardware.
Complete assigned projects in an efficient manner.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues.
Must be able to interpret IT issues in a clear and concise fashion.
Support the internal and external customer relations as well as vendor relations.
Support IT dept in other various duties and projects.


Our requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of all Telco areas.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply large quantities of new information in a very rapid fashion.
Must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, including executives.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Strong knowledge in the areas of Voice and Data Network Infrastructure, Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Web Telephony Integration (WTI), Voice over IP (VOIP) and international routing (IPLC as well as cloud solutions)

Education/Experience:
4-5 years Telecommunications experience. Senior level telecommunications experience.
5+ years Aspect experience is required
Specific experience with integration of telecommunications and/or web platforms with other IT systems required.
Experience with Avaya 8700 and Aspect series switches, call vectoring, call control and CMS.
Experience with ordering circuits voice T1s, Nfas groups and circuit end to end testing.
College Diploma or University Degree preferred
