Facilities Planner

Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks a Facilities Planner for their Corporate Office in Waukegan, IL.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Coordinate / execute facility services & internal events

  • Work with maintenance, repair, janitorial & cafeteria services to ensure the upkeep of Uline's buildings, office equipment & furniture

  • Coordinate work performed by Uline's internal staff as well as external contractors & vendors

  • 3+ years experience in a facilities or construction-related field

  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks

  • Strong MS Office PC, AutoCAD, organizational & communication skills (written, oral & interpersonal)

  • Position requires a "hands-on" person willing to pitch in & do whatever is required to get the job done

  • 3 - 5 years Interior Design experience required

  • Some weekend / evening work required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
