Engineering Technician

This position involves extensive field work and travel to locations within Western Canada . Training associated with cathodic protection (CP) and the corrosion engineering field in general will be provided to the successful candidate. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma
    • Preferable in: Metallurgy / Materials, Mechanical, or Electrical / Electronics

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to compile data and prepare reports

  • Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel and Access)
  • Technical Association Registration, NACE certification and/or related professional experience would be considered an asset
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
