Rental Sales Agent-AVS00000LE

Description

Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues

Process vehcile rentals

Inform customers about Avis cars and sell other services and benefits

Monitor and perform vehicle control functions

Complete clerical functions and other tasks as assigned

Strong customer service skills with high priority on customer satisfaction

Teamwork and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills and knowledge of a second language is a definite asset

Must have retail sales experience

Typing skills required: 20 wpm minimum

Positive, upbeat attitude to do the job and get along with co-workers

Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment

High work performance, standards and reliability

A valid driver's license with no moving infraction
