- Previous experience with recovery audit a plus
- Previous financial or procurement position within the retail industry a plus
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of the retail industry including lingo/jargon, trends, methodologies, etc. required
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and Office
- Ability to work effectively in small groups or teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
