Production Supervisor - Pharmaceuticals: Pride In Personnel

Duties and Responsibilities
Please note: This position involves rotating shift.
You will lead a group of 30 - 40 technicians with a focus on day-to-day operations and driving team improvements in all key results areas.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Co-ordinate, assign and supervise all production activities and outcomes for area of responsibility to ensure production schedule and agreed upon goals and objectives are met.

Use systems and metrics to guide the initiation and execution of safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives in support of the Operations Strategic Plan and Production Game Plan.

Provide strong leadership to the team that fosters personal development, interaction and participation.


Candidate Requirements
University degree in engineering or sciences from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Experience in the areas of approachability, diversity, goal and objective setting and measuring performance.

Experience in systematic problem-solving.

Experience working in a fast paced environment.

Ability to motivate self and others.

Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to deliver results through others and support a 24-hour operation.
