Oracle HRMS/Payroll Consultant

We specialize in implementing, adapting, and upgrading application software to fit diverse client needs. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS/Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team supporting our multi-state and Canadian operations. This position can be based in Canada in Vancouver or Calgary or in the US out of Portland, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Spokane or Boise .

Responsibilities include acting as the HRMS/Payroll team lead on Oracle implementations; gathering and documenting operational analysis and business requirements through effective interview techniques; defining configuration, customization, and integration requirements for successful Oracle HRMS/Payroll implementations; and extensive interactions with clients as well as the entire implementation team.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an IT related field; hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS/Payroll (version 11i is a plus); understanding of Oracle RDBMS concepts; five+ years industry experience in a Human Resources position; systems implementation lifecycle experience; strong presentation and communication skills; demonstrated leadership initiative; demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams; and self-motivation and desire to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additionally, the ability/desire to travel throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest .
