Agriculture Equipment Sales and Marketing

Our client is looking for a sales and marketing leadership for the development and implementation of short and long term sales and marketing strategies that strengthen and grow variety of products and brands.

§ Lead strategic application of systems and plans according to the P&L direction

§ Implement high impact marketing packages and support materials required to successfully launch and support Construction and Agriculture products.

§ Strentghten the marketing of products and services by building on the excellent customer base and strong competative placement.

§ Support the marketing strategy with strong interation qith sales and product development.

§ Develop and execute annual tactical marketing plan to include growth opportunities.

§ Lead systematic relatioship with all functions including supply chain, product development and depolyment, and customer intractive groups.

§ Deploy pricing/margin strategy in line with overall corporation profitability plans..

§ Develop best demonstrated plans and systems to ensure that the products and service offerings are best matched to the market potential and customer requirements.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • extensive business and application background in Agriculture and/or Construction equipment industry
  • Technical or analytical based academic backroundd with advanced business degree (MBA)
  • Minium of 5 years in marketing or branding apllication and 10-15 years of overall industry experince
  • Multi million $ budget responsibility
  • Proven leadership of professioanl organization
  • Ability to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally
