Associate Technical Account Manager

As an Account Manager you are the relationship hub for our clients. You will implement and support the Yardi suite of web based software in a dynamic and creative environment by assisting clients via telephone with system configuration, training, and daily technical support. You will manage and execute client implementation plans; identify, research, and resolve technical and application issues; and most importantly, foster strong client relationships with the highest level of client satisfaction.
Successful candidates will have experience interacting with customers professionally in a support, sales, or retail setting, and will demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills. Deep technical skills such as SQL, Networking, or VB/HTML programming will be highly welcomed and put to good use, but are not required. A college degree or two or more years of experience in a comparable position are required. Accounting, Job Costing, Facilities Maintenance, or Property Management knowledge is a plus.
The ideal candidate will combine an intense will to succeed with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
