
Responsibilities/Description: To manage the daily operations of the regional Service Centre. Responsibilities include Machinists, Millwrights and administrative staff. Close relationships with the Field Services group and Clients are needed in this position.
Qualifications: BS degree or equivalent experience Oil & Gas and or Chemical Industry experience P&L Management experience Proven leadership and teambuilding skills Rotating equipment knowledge Client Facing relationship building skills Experience with financial statements Experience with booking/sales/profit forecasting
Job Specific Responsibilities/Qualifications: Create a safe and worker friendly shop environment Service Center profit and loss management Establish and grow client relationships Leadership, coaching, and supervision of all personnel Management reporting and forecasting Lean manufacturing and process innovations Maintain and communicate service Center performance metrics Ensure proper training and skill levels of service center employees 6's program implementation Ownership of repair quotation process to produce timely and accurate customer quotations. Ownership of repair implementation process to produce quality repairs delivered on time and on budget. Ownership of center ISO quality process and corrective action procedures. Ownership & participation in the Service center AOP budgeting process.
