As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Calgary , AB.

Responsibilities include recruiting for software developer, database administrator and business systems analyst positions; Coordinating staffing requirements with HR and driving the recruiting and hiring process for assigned positions/locations to include; sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing as well as assisting with the selection and hiring process; Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify top talent including networking, internal referral generation, internet postings and resume search, cold calling, etc.; Qualifying technical candidate for skill, proficiency, and suitability for each requirement; Facilitating the pre-employment process (i.e., reference and background checks, etc.); Ensuring all legal requirements are met with respect to recruitment and selection practices; Assisting with University/College Relations and campus events for assigned locations; as well as working on additional HR-related projects as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a dedicated recruitment role as well as post-secondary education in a Human Resources or Business related discipline. Skills required for success in this position include, but are not limited to, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong Internet skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint); strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; ability to work on multiple projects in a timely manner and follow-up on open issues until resolved; high degree of flexibility; bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job as well as present a positive image that reflects well on the organization.
