Job Description:

Direct and manage the plant quality and technology organization. Lead
the production business teams in the achievement of product quality,
uniformity, waste, appearance and new product introductions. Manage
departmental costs of the Quality and Technology Division. Drive and
improve customer satisfaction of products and services through contact
with customers.
