As part of the Information Technology department at Intuit Canada, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and administration of Oracle database infrastructures to support Web, OLTP and Data Warehousing applications. Qualifications: • BS Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or the equivalent • 3+ years of experience as an Oracle database administrator (version 8i or higher) • Solid application development experience with PL/SQL and/or Java would be a considerable asset • Experience with Oracle Portal and Reports would be an asset • Experience with implementations of Oracle RAC would be a significant asset • Excellent written/verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Must be detail oriented and have strong problem finding, resolution, and documentation skills. • Self-motivated, independent worker with strong teamwork skills • Customer focused
