Attributes of our global professionals include: a dedication to client service, the ability to think in complex and ever-changing situations, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge.

In addition, our successful (position) professionals possess:

- An undergraduate degree in computer science, information management, engineering, business or a similar field.

- A minimum of 8 years working directly on ERP systems (as either an experienced user or on systems implementations, configurations, and/or upgrade projects).

- Significant experience on widely used ERP systems including Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft

- In depth knowledge of certain modules of these ERP systems including Financials, AR. AP, GL, Fixed assets, Materials and Order Management, Expenses, etc.

- Project Management, Technical or Functional Consulting experience on IT projects.

- Accounting experience or knowledge is an asset but is not required.
