Resources Global Professionals is looking for talented business professionals to join our team in the fast growing area of Supply Chain Management consulting. As a professional in the Supply Chain Management practice, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects.
We are currently seeking Senior Contracts Specialists, Contract Managers/Administrators (all levels) who are knowledgeable in all phases of contract management including developing contracting strategies, sourcing and evaluation, preparation and negotiation of contracts, contract compliance and post award contract management/administration, managing change orders. Those qualified will have one or more of the following:
• In-depth experience in the formation/development and/or post award administration of contracts related to complex services in one or more of the following areas: FEED, EPC capital construction projects, operating agreements, maintenance agreements, services
• Knowledge in developing contract management policies and procedures.
• Commercial acumen to negotiate contracts based on total cost of ownership and company risk profiles; proactively manage post-award activities including change order management and cost control
• Legal knowledge to understand the impact that critical articles have on the economics of a contract.
• Poise and credibility to interface frequently with project managers, procurement managers, attorneys, internal business partners, and contractors. |
