Staying with ABX Air Pays Full- and part-time ramp and sort employees are eligible for a one-time $500 bonus during the first six months of continuous employment, subject to attendance and performance requirements.
STAR Incentive Program The Service Team Achievement Recognition (STAR) program rewards all eligible employees for achieving pre-determined monthly goals for the total ABX Air system on-time performance. A cash bonus is paid each month to all eligible employees when we meet our service goals! You must meet safety and attendance requirements to remain eligible.
Employee Discounts As an ABX Air employee you are eligible for a variety of local and corporate discounts, including reduced-price theme park admission and vacation packages. ABX Air also has an interline agreement to allow full- and part-time employees and eligible family members to purchase space-available passes at discounted rates for personal travel.
