HRI is an extremely effective and unique recruiting organization. Formed in 1998 as an in-house recruiting agency for a quickly expanding sales-based organization, HRI was so successful in finding and recruiting quality candidates, that we are now able to share our recruiting expertise with other organizations. HRIs success is the result of an efficient and repeatable recruiting process. First, we utilize a team of researchers to identify candidates. Next, these candidates are qualified by a team of pre-screeners. Finally, a team of recruiters actually recruits the candidates and arranges face-to face interviews with our clients.
