What should I include in my job Resume?

I'm 15 and not sure what I should I add. I have had another job but got laid off because the store closed. I got that job because my sister worked there and got me the job, she made my resume and i don't know what she put on it, because I never saw it, so I just need to know stuff that I should include in it, like whats a good layout for a job resume? HELP PLEASE, I need this! My sisters never home so theres not really a time I can ask her, I want mine to be better then hers, her's isn't really all that great either.
