Is it easy to get a career in NHS at level 1?

Ok so I am thinking of a change in career and would like to work in the NHS. Should I even try because I have no experience in this field. I want to start at level 1, they say that no experience is required, but that's what they all say, up until it comes to the interview. What are my chances
