Are there any websites that i can print health and safety check list leaflets from for a large kitchen.

Not sure what type of H & S checklist you rally need but if you work in a kitchen then your local environmental health dept should have copies of what is required - their officers are the ones who do the checks on premises so they should be able to advise what records are required. They are usually very keen to help companies meet legal requirements and help staff with any areas of concern. it's not int the public interest for kitchns to be non complianat so they want to help not hinder.

try ARCO. they are workwear related and the shops sell safety products so they may have a product you can download. failing that do a yell.com search for a local shop and give them a call for advice. google search for SAFETY PRODUCTS there are lots of websites that you can trawl through. another suggestion would be to contact a large hotel in your area and ask the personnel manager for advice on where they get there,s from
