How long does it take for UPS benefits to activate?

I need to find insurance within a month. Will UPS benefits activate as soon as I am hired or after 90 days?

My husband started at UPS I would say on May 20 something this year, and we had our insurance cards in hand last week on July 11. A little under 3 months. I have my first dr. appt next week, they did an amazing job at setting it up, sooner than we anticipated! Usually they say you get your benefits after 90 days but it was sooner. We got the whole package, Dental/Health/Vision--- they say you have to wait a year for dental but we didnt. Good luck and enjoy your benefits!
