hard to suggest without knowing your qualifications.
Alot of times hospitals will hire part-time help from lunchroom and housekeeping to admissions and ER.
Alot of people don't want weekends, so it's a good start. I would go hospital. CVS pharmacies and others will usually hire someone and help them get certified to distribute prescriptions. I live in AL where minimum wage is pretty standard. However, I had a friend start at CVS for $8/hour. Not hard, just count pills and they train.

Waiting tables and bartending are weekend and night jobs that are fairly easy to obtain. Also cleaning, like hotels and businesses is sometimes and afterhours and weekend job that you can look into.
Otherwise look into selling things on ebay to make ends meet in the meantime and/or get into affiliate marketing which takes up little time and doesn't cost much. Good luck.

Yea it's hard to say without knowing more...are you in college? Where do you live? Have you had a job before?
I'd say waiting tables/hostessing/bartending is a good bet because of all the tips you can make, plus the hours are flexible. Working in retail is also a good part-time gig...although I did it full-time as management and will never do it again.
