Asked by Peplu S
Lot of attractive job offers come my way. I cannot decide whether to stick to the same job or change to new one, as every new job allows me to interchange new ideas in my field of profession.

In modern times you have to be always on the look out for a better opportunity. Money wise, job satisfaction wise, environment wise, prospective wise. If you get a job best by all means and within two or three months if you get a chance to work elsewhere where it promises a greater prospects, shift. Nothing wrong. But simply shifting from job to job is no good practice.

How frequently are you talking about? Changing jobs too frequently will brand you as a flake who can't be counted on to stick with a job very long. Many companies will be hesitant to hire someone who's going to disappear on them, especially if a job involves a significant amount of training.

hi,in simple you should stick to a single job rather than trying some other for some good offers from latter coz as time passes your work experience really counts on any field which makes you master for that particular field and as you gets in this position the company you work will automatically fulfill all the requirements of your expected salary. i simply suggest you to be stick to a job in which you are expert although you're are receiving good offers from other companies coz you cant make your carrier strong in future by this preferences. bye

availability maybe more, but think about the age. this year dont come next year. so dont take chances, stick on to one job, shine yourself well and enjoy the life, and sometimes your services, good ideas may be useful to mankind.so dont change then and there thereby wasting your precious days. so goahead with the selected job.

all that glitters is not gold goes the proverb. same sense is applied in job selection too. jobs may seem to be glamorous, intersting but apart from the outward look you should search its scope in future and environment of the job too matters.new ideas can be interchanged in your existing job aswell. try to be a master in which ever task you are. you should always make your exsisting job intersting.only if you see your growth in hindered in your current job should you try for other ones.you should take challenges and rock with the minimum and reach the maximum.hope i am able to help you to avoid confusion. take care

NO ITS NOT ALWAYS GOOD. CHANGE ONLY WHEN YOU ARE SURE THAT JOB DEFINATELY GIVE YOU A STABLE CARRIER & DONT LEAVE ANY JOB TOO EARLY . IT GIVES BAD IMPREESSION TO FUTURE EMPLOYER.

There's benefits on both sides: Sticking to one job for a long period shows that you have committment and loyalty. You learn the inner workings of the business. As an expert in this field you will only know this business. Changing jobs also shows that you like to learn new skills and get to know different people and new people. You would be a 'jack of all trades' but maybe 'master of none'. In my opinion it doesn't matter which route you take these days, so long as you turn it into a positive... eg... Employer: So Mr Peplu, I see that you have had numerous jobs in the past 3 years- was there any particular reason for that? Peplu: This has actually worked out in my benefit as I have learnt new working practices and got to meet some incredible people! The main thing is that you turn anything that might be negative into something that is positive.

A:
No, don't change frequently, you should have some commitment towards organisation where you work. If you don't like organisation or work than you can leave with valid reason. Or if you think new opportunity will give you more job satisfaction than move........Sky is the only limit for you!!!!!

no it is not good to change the job frequently. It givs an idea that you are unstable in your mind.It is ok if you change your job once or twice at the start of your career, but you should be stable in your job at the age of 30-32. Then if it all you change the job it should be very big offer.
