First, you have to know that due to the price of gas, there is a good chance that occupancy of resorts and hotels up north will be down and they could have less staff than normal.
That being said, the 1st link is to the travel site for the state of Minnesota so you can find the names and links to resorts all over the state.
The 2nd link is a list of resorts and hotels that have restaurants and most have links to their own web site so you can check it out! (For a search I put in the following things:)
Results for Hotel/Motel and Resort in Duluth, North Country, North Shore, Voyageur Country and Gunflint Trail with:
* Lounge/Bar/Tavern on-site
* Restaurant
* Banquet Facilities (maximum capacity)
* Meeting/Convention Facilities (maximum capacity)
Best of luck!
