Do pharmaceutical/medical sales reps make good money? how much can they make?

OMG, if you could get into the sales rep field for pharmeceuticals you're golden! I work as an admin for a Fortune 500 company. We've been in Forbes Magazine and plenty of other famous literature.
Annnnnnyhoooo, the sales reps travel all over the World promoting and selling our products. I always see them hard working but chipper. They all have the nicest clothes and cars.
I'd assume they start at $80k.
