after diploma how to build my carrie and how to get the job present my age is 27 plz tell me?

i had completed my diploma in mechanical through correspondence now iam working in are hospitals as maintenance technician but i would like to for good job present iam geting 3500 only its not suffecient so plz tell me how to buld my carrier

Since you've only studied through correspondence, there's a chance that mot companies may not look for you instantly as you might have missed out on campus interviews and college recommendations. The best step for you now is to pass around your resume. Or if you're still motivated to study, you can always pursue an MBA (with/without scholarship) or write the GMAT or GRE. An MBA (thought overrated today) can get you to a higher marketing job in your field of proficiency than just a diploma. Also, it takes 18 - 24 months to obtain one, so you don't lose out on much time. Let me know how it works out :)
