I simply love the fantasy world or erotic art/ soft adult and fetishes (mainly on tall women and bbw women which I am). I would like to max and make the most possible I can to secure a solid future especially because I'd like to have a baby in the next 2 years and travel. I have NO experience re the legalities around production; photography and video and publishing. Need some good solid legal advice in this area and business advice please? thanks.

You should consult an attorney that specializes in pornography. Not an easy task, since most lawyers would not want that to be known. You could call your local lawyer referral service or post your question to someplace like lawinfo.

As long as all the adults are consenting, your right to produce fetish softcore pornography is protected by the Constitution and the First Amendment. You would get in trouble if your activities involved any person under the age of 18. And since you said softcore, I won't touch on animal rights issues. But yeah good luck! There is a lot of money to be made in porn, and if I didn't have a small Irish dick I would be the first in line to audition.
