What makes big hotels job different then others? Could you please list some common advantages?

There are some advantages like having 401K and health benefits and depending on which hotel there are different benefits, Yet I worked as a manager for many years in a corporate restaurant and then went into restaurant management in a hotel and it was very different you have to answer to more people and even though you have ideas whoever is in higher command usually gets the last say even if it's not advantageous. as a regular employee though it does have it's perks depending on what your doing so consider it........wisely but consider it.
