What is a reasonable salary to ask for for an Outbound sales representative without a college degree?

What are you trying to sell and what do others in the job make? College degrees shouldn't matter too much if you have a proven history of selling successfully. When I hire or work with salesmen, I don't care what your education is in, I care if you are good at selling things.
