I have no years of experience, so what should my starting salary be?
I will be working 20 hrs a week.
The position is in Toronto, and I would greatly appreciate the salary in an hourly range.

depending on the depth and expectations of the position and the market of where you live I would say somewhere between 10-15K (unless of course you are in a true candidate driven market - ie Calgary) - I am an HR Recruiter in Toronto and as I said it would depend on the managers needs
