I think this was posted in the wrong section. That's okay! I'll be happy to answer this question too. If you really want to work from home and make a living, then I suggest you start your own home based business. I started a blog on my 360 page on different home based business opportunities. Feel free to go check them out. There's half a dozen listed I believe. You can try doing the paid survey sites. However I've found that they're not necessarily scams, they just take a lot of time to set up. Registration, then each survey takes anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour and half the time you don't qualify for a survey, but just spent five minutes answering questions to qualify for a survey that you did not qualify. When you do get qualified you either get numbers for prizes or you make a couple of dollars, but you can't collect it until you reach a curtain amount. that's the experience a lot of my friends have went through with several different survey sights. I also don't know anyone who is going to hire someone that they don't know to work from their house. So I suggest you start your own home based business. There's a lot to chose from. It all depends on what you want to do. there is some ideas on my 360 blog for you. If you find one your interested in, contact the person who posted the comment.

The only legit home work is sales.... data entry etc is a scam..THe only exception is if it is a local company that you know and had an interview with.

it's not work from home per se, but there are a bunch of survey opportunities where you can earn money for taking surveys from home. See http://www.surveyreportcard.com/

You are most likely not going to find a plain ol' data entry job out there and you should never, ever pay to get a job. With that said there are all kinds of jobs out there that will use your data entry skills in conjunction with other job functions. Like at home customer care representative, transcription, writer, proofreader, editor, blogger, telemarketing from home, mystery shopping, virtual assistant, and freelance projects. One good resource I use is http://www.workathomedesk.com which is a free site that has a directory of legitimate companies that hire home workers. Depending on your skills and experience, you should find some good leads there. Hope this helps!
