How do I go about with my education/training in order to become a successful sales executive?

I am working as a salesman which I love and have a strong passion on, and am now doing a Degree in Marketing Management. My main concern is that i don't want to waste time but going for courses which are on line with what i am doing and want to be. Advice please...

learn to speak and write english properly would be a step in the right direction

For a job in sales, it does not really matter what you major in. In general, a business major is always good. However, if you want to focus on selling in a particular industry, like hi-tech, then you should probably have some education in engineering.
