What is a typical raise for promotion to manager?
Asked by hyr
Hi, my husband was approached about a manager position at his company. He is a senior worker right now. What is a typical raise to go from a senior worker to a manager over approx 8 people in the Purchasing/Logistics area? If you got a promotion like this, what was your raise?

Best Answer:
Managerial position has a different wage scale, your husband must be able to get at least the lowest pay grade for the position. I would estimate it to be about 75% to 100% of a senior worker's maximum pay grade. Alecs
