What type of job could I get with an associates degree in Hospitality Management? Any high paid jobs?
Asked by YELLOWCAV
Would I have to go on for my BS or is the Hospitality Industry pointless? [I'm a foodie at heart, 19 years old, but I want to have a successful career.... could this industry help or not?]

In the right sector you can make bank. I work in a private club and my boss has an AA. He makes close to 200k a year. He comes in to work at 9am and leaves no later than 2:30pm. I make a pretty good wage and I hope to get his job or one like it. Even servers make good money in private clubs (depending on size of course). Our top server makes $21 an hour. Not in tips, that is her hourly wage.

Masters if you want a realistic shot at a high-paid management position. An associates degree won't get you very far.
