How Does McDonalds Managment Work?
Asked by james k
how does it work? i heard that managers rotate restaurant to restaraunt. but when does this happen? im trying to apply for mcdonalds, i have the application and everything filled out, but what happens if i gave my application to the manager in the restaraunt, and then the next day he goes to manage at a different mcdonalds restaraunt in the city? what would happen to my application, and how would the next manager at the restaraunt know i just applied and all? thanks.

Best Answer:
They rotate management like every other chain restaurant- maybe once a year or so. When they do it is only one or 2 managers. There is a hiring manager and they have all the applications on a clip board, and the new hiring manager would see yours, and if he/she likes it you will be called.
