I have an interview with JCPenny's about a manager trainee summer internship.?
Asked by Colin B
What type of questions can I expect, what can I do to prepare?

Best Answer:
Search the company, know a lot about company's mission, anything in particular that they are strong about, since you are doing an interview for manager trainee, it would impress them if you are very knowledgeable about the company. Also, prepare to answer if you are asked how you would perform your job, think of your approach toward your job, co-workers, and customers. Think of the standards, and make sure you have goals to achieve if you get the job. Tell them why you benefit the company, like your skills, commitment, personality, professionalism, etc. Hope this helps!
