What are good entry level jobs for a recent graduate in Political Science?

I graduated in August, and have had no luck finding a job. I have had some insurance interviews, and tried to get a job as a teacher assistant with no luck. Just want some entry level job ideas to look into as of now I am out of ideas of what I want to do or quilfied to do.

My friend went directly to DC to work for a Congressman. The pay wasn't great, but he got a lot of experience in the field. He went on to get a Master in Public Policy and is now a city administrator.
