I feel you, I job hop as well. There is no loyalty anymore :) If I am offered more money or a better work environment, take it. You know if the company you work for lays you off they won't cry over losing you. I treat business the same way. I work for me and I work for money. If your current company does not match it, say sorry but I was offered more. Don't feel bad and don't worry about them catching you. If the offer is on the table and you want to make the deal, great for you and good luck.

We are watching you post this... NOW we know! You hopper!

They will probably check your previous job history if its an important job. If ts at a place like McDonalds, than probably not.

Find a job and keep it. What is "better pay"? You need to consider potential, and increases, not jsut starting salary. If you stick with a job, you end up getting raises, you know?

depends on which part of the world you live in.. some people do background check.. some dont give a SH*T... but if the pay is better then the one you have now.. no harm in taking it.. but you have to see also if the job is good enough with you.. timings.. place.. people... etc etc... Hope you make up your mind to a good choice.. Good Luck.

if it is a better job, go for it but is it stable enough? it maybe a better job for a short time but later on it collapse because of instability.

I would ask your current job for a raise, that way you can stay in the same place but get more money. If you're doing a good job they may consider it. I've done some job hopping and it's caught up to me. However mine isn't my own doing. Unless it's a pretty significant step up, I'd think about staying where you are. If it is a significant step up, I'd make sure that I felt like I could stay there for a while.

You might get away with not telling them about your past jobs, and work for them for years. They could also find out and fire you for lying on you app. The choice is yours. If you tell the truth they may not care and still hire you. If you plan to stay there then tell the truth. If you think you'll "hop" again then take a chance and lie. Either way Good Luck

Pleassssse stop jumping around! If your resume came across my desk, I would burn it. They can find out if it was a major job. If it was a food service type thing like burger king, just do not list it. Do not ruin your chances for other great positions in the future; find a good job and stay put.
