I was wondering if anyone had any information they would like to share about the job, like schooling, hours, stories about experiences, stuff like that.

Depending on where you live, the requirements (if any) probably vary. In my state you may take a job with a veterinarian and as you learn you may call yourself a vets assistant or technician. In certain animal fields there is state certification i/e certified animal care technician....which upon passing a state test provides documentation showing that on hire you may be entitled to a higher wage. It is interesting and some times very depressing work and it's the vet that makes all the money but, if you love animals it can be quite rewarding.

Go ahead, with your desire.
