Resume Help for Supervisors position in Telecommunications?

I have been at the same job for almost 13 years now so I haven't had a resume for at least that long. Where can I go for more help (not interested in purchasing a book or anything like that because I have to have this resume in TODAY!)
I just found out yesturday that the position was still open and they are interviewing....this opening is within the company I currently work for which helps.

Just put down your work history. Hire dates. Promotion dates. Pay scale dates. Thats all they need.
