It doesn't matter what you wear..... I have worked at hooters for 2 years now and I don't even have big hooters! lol no seriously though it really doesn't matter as long as you are friendly and present yourself well.

Something sexy, sassy and flirty. Be friendly but don't come across slutty, they want girls who are cute and have good people skills, if you are wearing something you feel comfortable in but still shows off your body you'll do great! good luck!!

Don't be a whore about it but show that you want the job and that you feel strongly about the job. Just b/c its at Hooters doesn't mean you should think of it as a chance to go straight stripper. Just be careful about the outfit. Don't show to much or too little.

Wear a shirt that is as similiar to what the hooter girls wear as you have. Don't wear similar shorts; however, the shorts you do wear should be very flattering to your figure. Avoid jeans.

I worked there is college (you will love it). I know when girls came in for job interviews, the ones with the low cut tops (nothing trashy) were offered the jobs before others. The outfits you wear to serve in are revealing and so they want to know that you will feel comfortable in something that shows more of your body than most server uniforms. Wearing something (not club gear) but a little revealing shows that you are confident and comfortable and would not feel awkard in the uniforms. And they are VERY particular about appearance, so make sure everything is perfect. Hair should be down and simple (nothing with a lot of curls or hair spray, etc.), makeup should be perfect, have yourself put together because they expect a lot out of you appearance wise. We even had to keep our curling irons plugged in and makeup in the bathroom for touch ups throughout the night while you were working. I once saw my manager move a girl from "hooter girl" to a hostess because she had a moustache that she would not wax off! Good Luck hon! Oh and I am not sure if it is typical in all Hooters establishments, but when I interviewed for my job, they asked my on the spot, "Hey tell us a joke"...they wanted you to be able to kick back and entertain/have fun with the customers! I was really caught off guard by this question and all I could think of were of course the really perverted, totally inappropiate jokes I had heard :- ) and I was just like "ugh" trying to rack my brain to find one. So in case that is standard hiring procedure, have one in mind when you go! Good Luck!
