I am 22 years old. I will have my Master in Public Administration (Human Resource Management) in May 2008. I have BA in Political Science and Minoring in Geography. I am applying for couple jobs at the United Nations. Here is my following work experience: Bowie State University (Aug 2006-Present) Sodexho USA (Aug 2004-Present) The Royal Thai embassy (May-Aug, 2005) Intern Goodwill Industries (May-Aug, 2006) Trainee Paraprofessional (Aug, 2006) Trainee As you can see, I am working for Sodexho and Bowie States for long time. But I also have other expereince such as training and internship. Should I give them all my education and work history? Any great ideas or suggestion on this? Thank you very much for your kindness.

Good hell... Just run for president you would be much more qualified then anybody else. Bad idea you are over qualified. Good luck on your career choice. Crap just noticed you were 22.. you have to be 35 to run for president. What should you do until then? Think Think Think. I get back to you.

You could definitely work at the United Nations. You seem to have a lot of work experience, and you could work as a CSR or something like that. A CSR is a customer service representative. You may have to start small but if you work well, you will get a lot of promotions. My aunt works at the United Nations in Manhattan.

Yes, 3 years is actually not a "long time" You definitely do not have too much history to give, it looks good.
