I am interested in becoming a project manager as I have Decades of experience of managing businesses and people but do not have any relevant qualification. I am very in specifically getting a job as a project Manager in the Manchester Area. What Courses and Qualification Do I need To get a job as a project Manager in Manchester UK? You should invest in some kind of Project Methodology qualification such as Prince II. It's quite expensive but it will give you a very good support to your current experience and you will be recognised as a Prince II practitioner which is quite uncommon so will improve your prospects with potential employers. sounds like you just like the title "project manager" as it gives you a woody but you have no idea what it is. there is no law saying you can't get a job as a project manager in manchester uk if you don't have qualifications x y z so what you're asking is what qualifications will look good on your CV. well, it will depend on the precise job you're going for. a general training course in project managing princibles for the UK would be PRINCE or PRINCE 2 - but it may not be relevant in your situation.
