AMERICAN
Are front desk workers required to wear uniform in Franchaise Motel?
Asked by AMERICAN
What about Econo Lodge?

Best Answer:
Most hotel franchises have specific guidelines on how the franchise will present itself with their name. Uniforms range from collared knit polo shirts with khaki shorts to suit and tie...it is largely dictated by season, location (resort vs business travelers, etc.), and the discretion of the company you actually work for. I worked in all three hotels in the same city that were owned by the same company...each one had their own dress code or uniform policy. One place, I only needed to wear business casual or better with my name tag. Conservative business casual is usually the minimum, though.
