Can you use white out on a I9 to make corrections?

No, but if mistakes are made, you take a single line to mark through it, and make the correction. If there are alot of errors, then you need a new document.

No. I was trained to use either blue or black ink, and if any mistakes are made you're supposed to start a new document.
