My definition of reasonable for that line of work is at least $100,00. So yes, I would.

Nope, because I have an irrational fear of being eaten alive by zombies!

No, but I am afraid of dead people a little. And it's so depressing.
But I did do community service at a graveyard for a week. It was ok.

If you paid me 1 million dollars a month I still wouldn't. Looking at dead bodys all day isn't for me.

They do pay a good salary from what I have heard.
You get few complaints.
Never any return lines.
No warranty to worry about them calling you or their family calling back, because grandma's wig started a shedding process or began to develop a funky smell.
No worries about the persons makeup causing a terrible allergic reaction to their sensitive skin and they decided take you to court.
No complaints that they have changed their minds cause the special ordered casket is leaking water or is too small and causing an unbearable cramp in their feet.
No needed for special pillows for the head because due to sleeplessness, headaches or neck pain.
I'll stop here and you get the point.

Working at a funeral parlor is like working anywhere else,it's just a job. You would have to have a strong stomach for it though and always remember that you are working on somebodys loved one and not just a body.

I would definitely take it if it were offered to me, provided I could get the place easily enough. Do consider transport etc.
As for the actual job, ask what your daily duties will be, and if you feel you could handle them, I dont see why not. You would need to have compassion for the families. Not sure that it would be depressing, but it would certainly be sad to see families grieving. I would take it if it were me, as I enjoy helping others. I think there are other things to consider, dont just focus on "dead bodies".

A:
Yes. Just as we have those that look after births in society, we must also have those that look after death. It is a natural cycle.
