You want to ask a question that's flattering and general... and also something that REMINDS the interviewer of your qualifications.
Since this is such a highly competitive industry, I'd avoid emphasizing questions about pay and benefits. Yes, you need to know-- but don't place the emphasis on these areas. You know the pay and benefits are good-- dwell on stuff that relates to the job you'll be doing.
How about: As you know, I currently work for __ where I have been successful. I was attracted to your company because of __. Tell me, what else will I enjoy about working here?
Or something like: I know I have the gregarious personality for this job, the experience in sales, the ability to work independently, a willingness to work as many hours as necessary.... but I'm interested to know what kind of job training you will provide before I begin work.
There's a good eBook with information about interviewing for pharmaceutical sales jobs... maybe it can help you. It's at: http://fireboat.freespipub.hop.clickbank.net/
I hope this helps. Best of luck to you!!
