Asked by Miko
I would like to get a career in crime labs. FBI, DEA, or Local police, but i want to know how to get my foot in the door. I have not finished my B.S. yet and would like to know if there are any jobs that i can work my way up from to get into the forensic science field.

I would think forensic's or criminal justice. And you have to be perceptive and very good with science and math. You have to be able to hold a slu of knowledge in you're mind. And you have to be good at puzzle solving and looking for tiny detail's.
So, here's what you do buddy. Call some college's who have course program's that sound like "criminal justice" or "forensic's" or say "criminal justice technologies" or somethin' like that, and you describe to an admission's representative what you would want to be doing on a day-to-day basis with you're job. Like say "I wanna be the guy that takes the evidence under the microscope like on CSI". And they'll ask you what you're aptitudes are and what subject's you liked and were good at in school. And they'll help u find if that job is right for you and what you want to really do every day, and also tell you what course program's you'll need to take to make it happen.
And alway's remember man, no matter what... never let anyone tell you that you can't do something. Just keep climbing and never lose site of you're dream's. If you have the will... then it's possible.
